Request account deletion

This page explains how users of ASPIXR Operations and other ASPIXR staff applications can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
Staff and business users (recommended path)
ASPIXR accounts for hotel staff are usually created and managed by your hotel administrator or organisation admin. To delete your account:
- Contact your hotel or company administrator and ask them to remove your ASPIXR user account.
- Your administrator can disable or delete your login from the ASPIXR OS user management area (or ask ASPIXR support if they manage your account centrally).
Operational records tied to your hotel (for example completed tasks or audit logs required for business or legal purposes) may be retained by your employer as the data controller.
Direct request to ASPIXR
You may also email us at privacy@aspixr.com with the subject line Account deletion request. Include:
- Your full name
- The email address used to sign in to ASPIXR
- Your hotel or organisation name (if known)
We will verify your identity and process the request within a reasonable period, or refer you to your organisation admin where they control the account.
